Terms of Service

Momentio provides event hosts and organisers with a private digital platform that enables guests to share photos, videos, and messages during events, and participate in interactive activities. After purchasing a plan on momentio.fun, you receive access to the Momentio host dashboard at admin.momentio.fun to set up and manage your event.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to purchase a Momentio plan. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Momentio offers three event plans — Essential, Celebration, and Prestige — each billed as a one-time payment per event. Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By submitting your payment details, you authorise Momentio to charge the amount shown at checkout.

Optional add-ons (Live Slideshow, Coloured Page, Offline Archive) are available at additional cost and selected at checkout. All prices are clearly displayed before confirmation.

Given the digital and event-specific nature of the service, Momentio does not offer refunds once access to the host dashboard has been activated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@momentio.fun and we will do our best to resolve it or offer a credit for a future event.

After payment, you will be invited to create a host account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Guest access to your event is provided via a QR code or unique link that you control and distribute.

You retain full ownership of all content (photos, videos, messages) shared during your event. By using the platform, you grant Momentio the technical right to store and serve that content for the duration of your storage period. Momentio will never use your event content for advertising or commercial purposes without your explicit written consent.

The Momentio brand, logo, software, and website design are the exclusive property of Momentio and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

You agree not to use Momentio to:

• Share illegal, violent, pornographic, or defamatory content.
• Violate the privacy or image rights of any person, especially minors.
• Infringe any intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform.

Momentio reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these rules without prior notice.

Momentio makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and responsive during your event. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accept no liability for disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, network conditions at the venue, or force majeure events.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
