• Purchase — when you buy an event plan, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment details, billing name, and email address. We receive a transaction record (amount, plan purchased, date) but never your full card details.

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• Hetzner — website hosting on dedicated servers in the EU. Request logs may be retained for a limited period for debugging purposes.

All service providers are contractually bound to process your data only for the purposes we specify. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) without appropriate safeguards in place.

• Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless an ongoing relationship requires longer retention.
• Purchase and billing records (invoices, transaction history) are retained for 10 years in accordance with Belgian accounting law.
• Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised; no personally identifiable browsing data is retained beyond 26 months.
